Interviewing all year 12 teachers and analysing individual student performance data.
Working with individual teachers in classrooms using a Cognitive Coaching approach.
Using the E5 Instructional model with teachers.
Developing various tools to generate data for teachers to explore what is happening in their classrooms.
Researching various literacy strategies for teacher use.
I work with individual teachers, small groups eg year 12 English teachers or the whole cohort of year 12 teachers. I have attached a Powerpoint presentation I'm working on for staff to assist in the building of students' memory skills.
